All staff must meet Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care
qualifications for their position being held. Experience and education are required.
Staff must have an Associate of Bachelor Degree in Early childhood or a related field. If they have not
obtained a degree then they must be working on it. Staff must also maintain First Aid and CPR certification.
Each year they are required to take an additional 20 hours of training.

Perri has a Bachelor Degree from Westfield State College. She is
Infant/Toddler and Preschool Lead Teacher certified as well as Director
II certified by the ECC and has many years of experience working with

home for ten years; has over six years of center based teaching of ages
1-9 years; including two years as Director of a large child care center
serving over 100 children, and she has been Director of Our Lady's Child
Care Center for over two years.
